Les sublimes esquisses de Alexey KurbatovUn coup de souris fantastique et des plus singuliers au niveau de la griffe, ce jeune artiste russe revisite avec style des portraits de personnages de renom…
It’s funny how life works, and how 30 minutes before you get into your first accident you think “wow, I’ve been driving for so long now and I haven’t even got one dent or one ticket.”
And then you pull into the parking lot into the tightest spot possible because it’s the first open spot and its tough finding parking spaces, and then you pull in and realize you won’t be able to open the door, and then you ever so stupidly take the worst risk and dent your own brand new, unscratched car on a parked car because you decided it was okay to make one of the biggest mistakes of your life, and then you stupidly think that it’s only going to cost you about $500 bucks, but your parents say it will cost thousands.
Yeah, it’s just a car. It’s just a piece of metal and wires, but that’s my baby. And the worst part is that it’s all my fault for panicking and being stupid. And now I’ve never been so ashamed of myself in my entire life.
In movies and TV, when a kid gets in an accident, however small, and they break the car, they don’t show the kid trying to hold back tears virtually all the time. It feels like I just pushed my sister off a cliff.
